Napizza’s farm-to-table pies nurture appetites in three San Diego locations.
After a frenzy of free meals doled out to eager foodies during its soft opening on June 8 and 9, the Hillcrest branch of Napizza is now officially up and running.
First launched in Little Italy in 2012, Napizza opened its second location in 4S Ranch last year and just debuted a third outpost in The Hub complex in Hillcrest at 1030 University Avenue.
We started with some Sicilian pizza and tiramisu from Napizza. The pizza was thick-crust, with a spicy sauce. A little bit of homemade tiramisu was the perfect way to start the tour.
