Pizza lovers take note: a new slice joint has landed in Little Italy. Napizza specializes in Roman-style pizza al taglio (or “by the cut”). The first thing you’ll notice about the slices is their shape, but the differences don’t end there. Napizza puts a lot of care into their pies, starting with the creation of the dough. It’s given a 72-hour rise, which gives the yeast time to mature, and results in a light, springy crust that’s easier to digest.
